TEGKH products prices are revised annually depending on the current market’s rates, assessment, circumstances and calculation.

Insurance policy:
All products are insured and a buyer is illegible for compensation under legal policies act put up by TEGKH and our forwarding partners. If by any chances we completely fail to deliver a product within estimated given period of time, we will refund the amount; if an order is mistakenly sent to another address than the destination provided by the buyer, we will resend the order. In cases like theft, robbery, accident or lost before reaching the buyer, we will resend the order. However, in cases like minor damage in the product or buyer’s negligence causing damage to the product, we will not be held responsible. Insurance policy does not cover such cases.

Satisfactions Guarantee

You must be 100% satisfied in your every purchase. If not, you can return the products within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or a credit on a future purchase. We do not honor any claims after twenty (15) days from the date of delivery.
 

Product Warranty

If any product breaks or has any problems not due to use or misuse, you can return the product within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or a credit on a future purchase. You may request a replacement of any product if its condition is not satisfactory (damaged materials, stains, missing components etc.) within 10 days.

Return and refund Policy

If, for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your online khukuri purchase as described, please notify us by email and return the khukuri undamaged immediately. A full no quibble refund will be made upon receipt of the goods. Please note that shipping, handling and insurance charge will not be refundable. Return shipping Charge will also be paid by Buyers.

Under the following circumstances/situations TEGKH implements refund polices.

• In case a product other than actually ordered/sold has been sent by mistake.
• If TEGKH completely fails to deliver the product or delays well beyond the given delivery time frame.
